Got to the lake at 2:30 and fished till dark the bite was fast and furious. Chrome/blue, white /blue, spring craw produced the best. Those Stripers are like trying to stop a dump truck going down hill with no brakes!!!LOL

What lake?
The Dead Sea aka cross
Sure pretty sunset, didn't think it was Cypress never caught a striper on cypress/bb
great catch , think I might try some crank baits. Where do you get thr trolling weights you use?
14-15 inch crappie....it's not looking as dead as I've always heard it was! :)
Nice catch man!
Never caught or seen one of those. Good to eat? Are they managed?
Can you elaborate on your rigging / technique / type and size of crank? You catch some real hammers!
No real ringing or technique for pulling crankbaits you could start off with 4 rods 10 pound test a snap swivel and bandit 200 or 300 series baits throw the bait out the back of the boat and stagger the rods in the rod holders where they have about a four foot spacing depending on what size bandit you're running and how deep they are they may want it 45 feet out or 125 feet out set trolling motor at 3/4 full speed

This depth chart is for pulling bandits using 10 lb. mono and speed of 1.8 mph
Also check on the Mississippi board at top of page pulling crankbaits 101
