And it begins.
Now that you've had your 15 minutes of fame, now what?
Mark and Charlie did a fine job of providing an educational and entertaining program. Good job!! But then we would expect nothing less from Mark.
Craig you will have to wait for the next one. It's coming and already filmed.....Ranger
Well I liked this one!
Mark, Charlie great job of promoting crappie fishing.
P.S. Mark I NOW see why Charlie is your tournament partner :Rofl
Recorded the show from Directv, some part of it got messed up. I'm pretty sure it was a clear day without any cloud or rain. don't know who messed that up.
Learn something new everyday, like the trick about moving the knot to the back of the eye to keep the bait level. I don't think I pay enough attention to details. And it is exactly this kind of detail that separate the good fisherman from the rest.
Thanks for the heads up and a great show.
BTW, Ranger09, is your website still up and running?
No my website is down and has been for over 6 months. Don't know right now if it will be reinstated or not. Administrator notified but not anything being done getting it corrected. Sorry for the Inconvienace. Can follow me on Facebook and always contact me there or by phone. Thanks Ranger
I've got several episodes of the program recorded at the lake to watch. I need to get busy since I think I have 9 episodes right now. Might just have to jump to this most recent one so I can see how the Pro's do this crappie fishing stuff.
Toon- when you watch it just don't take your eyes off of Charlie!
Amazing how Mark and Charlie get that wind to lay down, then have their way with the crappie. That is one of the best videos I have seen. I am sure Charlie will be out there again as soon as he can. Mark has one of the finest offices I have seen too :ThumbsUp
Finally got around to watching this episode -- great fishing! Mark, looked like you got stuck doing most of the talking while Charlie was having all the fun bringing in the slabs. But I did pick up on something that I had not really thought about -- when Charlie mentioned about always pulling the knot towards the back of the jig to keep it in a more natural position. That's something I've never done, but I'll be sure and do that from now on.
Mark, thanks for a great tutorial on those brush guards for the jigs. I've tried to understand them from some of the threads on here but seeing them in actual use, made a lot more sense to me. Now I need to get a few of those things.
Great show guys. Wish the winds were like that this fall!!!
I am with you Frank, a windless day in Oklahoma with a jacket on!!!!! That happens like twice a year I am thinking. I think Charlie must have some pull with the big guy upstairs!
That show was really good, beautiful day to fish, cool in the morning and warmed up that evening. Plus the fish cooperated! Mark and I have talked several times about the fish not biting when the camera turns on LOL! EB
