Dave they are 1/16 & 3/32 going to put them under a float. Thank guys a lot!
Nice jigs. What is the tail material? I've been looking for something similar. If anyone knows, I'm getting an order together now. Also, what about yellow Pro-Tec powder paint. Is it easy to work with or is it like black, red & white?
I am no expert but I do use Pro-Tec also. I find it very easy to use, I have no fluid bed bt a length of coat hanger stir it a little, heat on the gas stove and stir them in the powder. Then clean and bake them. I made a rack using coat hangers and a square alum foil baking dish. poke holes and slide wire though to other side. I like them jigs also I think that he is using spinner bait tails which is something I never thought of. Great idea as you can get them in a lot of different colors.
Looking good! Really like the pink!
Them outta work! Nice job!
Very well done. The bottom two are my favorites.
Nice work. The six in tha middle look like fish catchin machines.
Great lookin jigs!!
Pro tec paint is good paint. I use a heat gun. Hold the jig by the eyelet with a pair of small pliers (this keeps you from getting paint in there), and hold it over the heat gun for maybe 5 seconds, then place in the paint, and tap the excess off on the side of the paint canister, and then place back thru the heat from the heat gun. Not sure if this is the "correct way" but it worked for me.
