Bobby Garland Baits

Won these baits from a random drawing on Facebook. ::cheers2 Here is the thing they are super tiney the pic doesn't do them justice for how small they are. Here is the question have any of you guys used 1/48 oz. Jigheads and 1.25 inch baits and what technique do you like using them with? With kansas winds there is only a few ways I can think of to use them on a regular basis and one of them is ice fishing. They are called Itty Bit Swim'r if anyone is interested!

Those would be perfect for dock shooting with or without a small slip bobber. I have been thinking about getting some but I already have a lot of small stuff.
-
WOW that's tiny!!! Saw the contest but didn't realize how tiny of a product they were pushing. I'd either give them a way or toss them. No need taking up space.
-
Dock fishing, ice fishing. Tiny is good thru the ice.

-
I got way to much fishin stuff but would definitely use those this winter and early spring
-
Love those baits....I usually get a little larger size though.
-
Mite be good at the Marion County fishing dock this winter and ice fishing.
-
That's what I was thinking. Save them for dock fishing at Marion this winter.
-
catch alot of crappie on 1.5' stingers year around using 1/32 oz heads and a split shot, dont be fooled by the size.

I use them all the time. I tip the end of my hook with them and use a slabslayer body in front. It works very well.
-
Have been giving them a try and like them so far. Been using them in a double rig and have got some decent crappie and a few bluegill in an area that I haven"t ever gotten one before. Like the idea of using them as trailor shane was talking just haven"t tried that yet!
-
Used them today on these finicky Colorado crappie but I used the 1/64 oz head and slayed the slabs!!:biggrin

Been giving these guys a try with the greatest action being this morning getting a decent bite with them at Geary State Lake. Water was calm was able to get allot of crappie most of them smaller but some keepers vertically over some brush. Finding that fish are inhaling then and hook sets are deep in the roof of the mouth. Will buy more in the future is nice to have something unique.
