Well chitt that isn't encouraging at all. Planning on going down the 10th. I hope Terry got plenty of Shine.
Kentucky lake can be a very fickle woman!!! It has been a tough coupla weeks!
A friend of mine and his son went last Thursday, hired a great well known Ky lake guide and came home with 32. Fishing brush using jigs made by my friends son......not a bad day
I'm heading out later this week to try something totally different than what I'm hearing anybody doing. Of course if it works nobody(except maybe Chaunc) will hear about it till after the shindig tournament.
Me cheat?
I had an uncle who was a fish catching machine but would never allow anybody to go with him. He could catch stringers full in ponds, rivers, sloughs, didn't matter. He had a strange looking tackle box that was extremely heavy. I have wondered for years if that tackle box also had a crank on the side? My uncle has been dead and gone for years and I believe he passed the secret of the tackle box along to my aunt who passed away some years later and took the secret to her grave I guess.
Think the fishing will get better by the 10th? Sure hope the crank bite does.
Ed and I will be pulling in a day ahead of you Wilbur....we'll have 'em figgerd out by the time you get to town....maybe. :biggrin
Let the trash talk begin!
MRDUX will be changing his name to MR PLANRBORDS.....
I wont be able to attend the shindig due to working midnights. Be on the lookout for the little red flags behind dux boat!!
I'd be tied in knots if I tried that. Lol. I'll stick to riggin.
