About the time I took the picture, somebody knocked on the door of the camper. It was a deputy sheriff buddy of mine. I ate 3 and he had 3. We had the extra tails for desert.

Good idea on the tails. Gotta have some tails every so often.
Drag the tails through a little yellow mustard before you dredge them in the meal and they're fine. I just got through fileting 22 and I've got a bag with 22 tails in it. Lol
