Gave my wife a Min Pin for her birthday 11 years ago, and now we're gonna have to put her down. Diabetes and cancer have about taken their toll on her. Hate having to go through losing a friend and family member.

Thats the worst thing about dogs, knowing they are yours for only a short time.

Put a lab down 22 years ago that I still can't talk about without getting upset. Good ones become more than a hunting buddy.

Sorry Bill. I feel we all know what your going through. I have had a dog my entire life. The only one I worry about is the one that outlives me.
