Fixed up a batch yesterday, habanero & bell peppers, white onion, cloves and garlic. They should have a little heat in them.

Update. I was going to wait until Monday 9/29 to try the eggs but was out in the shop today digging around in the fridge and thought I'd try them out. They're hot, not the kind of hot that immediately gets you. The kind of hot that sneaks up on you and makes you go to the bath room and wash your lips off. I've washed mine three times and will try soap the next time. The flavor is actually good, hot, but good. I had three of them, hope the guys at work tonight don't mind.
I dipped my finger in the brine just to taste it and it's almost unbearable, for me anyway. One thing is for sure, I'll make sure I wash my hands before I take a wiz nonono.
