Anyone who fished below the spillway should recognize Oates. I wasnt able to take him out for over a year due to his failing health and stability, but had this pic from i believe the fall of 2012 when i got to take him out quite a bit. Any way
rest in RIP Oates. Your ashes will be in the Tennessee River before you know it!

Good one would be a under statement!!! We gonna miss him! Mr. Walleye and a dog named Lucky!!! The boat ramp on the Kaskaskia river will never be the same!!! That's for sure!!!
