Awesome. At the boat ramp. And my oil alarm is going off. Now we at the gas station and it don't open for thirty minutes.
On our maybe we will have the lake all to ourselves.
You don't need oil, ask Wanabe!!!
Latest. People in station but will not open up till 5:30. Argh
What a gewber
Still wont crank. Any ideas ????
Whats it doing ? Is it turning over ? Or just clicking ?
You all get up way too early.
btw, happy Labor Day.
It turns over them an alarm starts going off.
Maybe it's the water pump. Not sure.
Check kill switch and then take motor cover off and check for blown inline fuse.
Water pump is stopped up. Hooked a hose up and it will not come out the pee hole
Did you rinse the saltwater out????
That's what I was doing today. It's been sitting a week
you should be able to hook up a hose and run water through backwards and flush it out, dodnt you have a new yamaha
Yes. It comes out the pickup but not thru the pee hole
Run a piece of weedeater string thru the p hole and clean it out
Tried it G. I think the pump is locked up.
You really should have flushed it out within 24 hrs after running it in the salt water......thats just my guess dunno. Anyway good luck with it.
Just keep trying to flush it.....maybe it will break loose after awhile.
Thnx. First time in saltwater I will know next time.
Called the marina , they are open today. When my son heads back to Tuscaloosa , I'm taking it in to get it serviced and fixed.:biggrin
Might have sea weed in it lol.....good luck bud
Salt shouldn't have caused the P problem that fast.
Check the oil level for the buzzer.
Kill switch if it turns over and doesn't start.
Check the battery if it won't turn over.
Could be the main fuse also, but I doubt it.
