Anyone have any for fishing? I know all the boaters/skiers and such will be out. But that wont stop me from dropping a line in the water somewhere! Anyone else?

Going to try this weekend but depends on how I feel. I had surgery this morning between nose and left eye. Had to have place removed. Anyway, yes I'm going to try either Murray or Wateree. That's my plan and who ever goes don't forget sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. I have leaned my lesson!
I am spending the weekend with my wife and wil be finishing my packing on Monday. Tuesday I fly to Oregon to join my buddy out there that started me crappie fishing in the 70s. Will be joined by two other good friends for a week of Tuna and Salmon fishing in the Northern Pacific Ocean.
Quite a bit colder out there but I am tired of this hot weather.

Football, football, eating, and rest for me!!!!!!! Ready to feel a tug since it has been a month, but with student teaching and football, haven't had a chance to go. Hoping to slip off next weekend for a few hours.

Taking the day to spend with the wife. What ever she wants to do, we will do. Too many on the water for me. But I have a fond memory of Labor Day in that one of my best fishing buddies and I started our memories on Labor Day, 1985! But I moved from there in 2012. But still remember the good time he and I had on the water.
I'll be deer hunting this evening and tomorrow morning, if I don't capitalize this afternoon. Saturday PM is reserved for the Clemson game and I'll be hitting the water Monday morning. May possibly sneak back in the woods Monday PM.
Sounds like a full weekend CB. Hope y'all do better than we did in your opener. Be hard to do much worse!
got a couple friends staying at my cabin this week end so to keep from crying cause I cant go to Oregon I probably go to Wateree for cook out Monday. deer and dove huntin is out== to hot == probably so many crazy people on water that they don't need another one on there so that knocks out fishin too :dono :biggrin
