That was cool! Thanks for posting!
Thanks! That was 2.5 minutes well spent. I would not have believed it without the video.
Breathtaking!!!!!
That was awesome!!!!
I'm just not accustomed to July/August in Oklahoma. Grew up here but I lived in Colorado too long to appreciate the hot months in Oklahoma. Usually we are in the mountains at this time of the year but this year we are going later. My granddaughter wants to see where her Dad grew up and enjoyed the outdoors so we are going up on the first anniversary of his death.
In the meantime I've been doing anything to try and keep occupied. I've redone my crappie gear, worked over my fly gear and even tied up some soft hackles for later. Already gone thru and got all three of my .22s ready for squirrel hunting - just too many ticks and chiggers to go now. The heat doesn't really bother me, just the lack of good hunting and fishing this time of the year. I may run to the lower Mountain Fork for a few days before we head west.
I can always mow the yard again. :banghead

Floyd, for some reason I can't copy the link. Please email the link to me. I want to send it to an avid fly fisherman friend of mine. Thanks.....dave
Did it, Dave. It's got me planning a trip to the lower mountain fork.
