It's been a strange year. The spawn was kind of a bust with all the cold weather. Did really well post spawn in the river, and limited out a few times in mid-summer in the lake, but the last month or so has been some tough fishing.
done pretty good on ft.gibson today
Ended up with 3 eyes . 5 nice spotted bass . 21 crappie.
Them eyes will be great on black iron skillet tonight

Fish have been weird all year. For a while, we were catching 'em like crazy, then it slowed right up. Better luck next time, but at least you got some good eating for dinner.
