Ive stayed at Rudds/butchers several times. Its always bee great!
OC state park is a super nice facility - multiple boat ramps, ive used them all - never camped there but camp sites look very nice with many options
smart move,Bobby. the fishin is about 100 times better on that end!
I think i found that out wet caught very few, all small. So reading forums decided to move, although i have had very good results in the past on that end.
Bobby, rudds or longwood is great place to camp,if u are old enough and have senior pass then its half price,i pay 12 dollars a night with water and electric, don't know about non electric
I qualify for the senior citizen pass. I will check them out, Thanks.
Longwood, Rudds, are very nice for tent camping. Lots of water front, elec. sites also. I have stayed at every campground on the Va side and have never been unhappy.
K thanks, I will check them out.
and we caught some good eatin sized crappie off brush in grassy an a few more of the creeks past 2 days. kinda early as its usually later in the fall before they show up as far up the creeks as we caught them. this yr has been different than most.
