Nice catch
Great catch....thanks for sharing that with us
awesome catch.....especially in this heat......my hats off to you.....
Sliders work well for sure, thank you for the report.
Once again my hats off to you pat!! It's so tough latly!! You making it look easy!!!
Very nice catch ! I would have never thought of using the motor oil color .
Nice report on those sliders, and very good catch.
What body of water did you fish with them
What nice catch I seen you today but didnt have a chance to say Hi!! Hopefully that spot stays a secret for a little bit!!! Right swampman
I use the sliders a lot during the summer and will use a black n chartreuse when the water is a lil muddy or a solid chartreuse or white when the water is dark or semi clear . What kind of water would you use the motor oil color in ? And would it resemble a grass shrimp ?
I like pumpkin seed, very similar to the motor oil.
I like to use it in clear to lightly stained water, it sort of resembles small crawfish
I use a pink or chartreuse jig head with the sliders a lot too . Is there a certain color jig head that y'all use with the motor oil color ?
Was using just plain lead head, but I will also use orange heads
I use plain jig heads during the spring and use a brown n orange or blue and black or solid black in all tube jigs for the spawn . I may try some of the motor oil color this coming spring I'm sure they'll work .
