Man that looks good! I remember going to the mountains when I was a kid and we would sometimes stop at the trout farm and fish on the way home. Dad would pan fry those trout and they were fine.

I tell ya what Scott, we just need to go back up there and catch you some of your own. Btw... These are the eating size but I did figure out how to catch the trophies before I left. Had some on that went over 10 lbs for sure.Quote:

Used to catch lots of em on the White and Red rivers in AR. I ain't got a taste for em tho. Never tried em pan fried, but I don't like em grilled, or baked. Too strong tasting for me.

Like I said, I never tried them pan fried. I didn't care for them the other ways we were told to cook em. Fried makes every kinda fish taste better. If they taste like bluegills when fried, I wasted mine. :)Quote:
