Talquin Get Together in November

Where 5 or more will gather, a Slabfest of some sort will be had...So far, only a few GA folks, 1 misplaced yankee from Indiana and an old grouch from FL has chimed in...Looks like the date will be November 8. I'm sure we'll have the same format as last year with a Fish Fry on Friday night and a Hot Dog lunch on Saturday with some door prizes. Possibly a Fruit Jar tournament on Friday if anyone is interested. The location has yet to be determined but we'll be working on that in the next month or so. Hope to have another great turn out!!!

Location, Location, Location? When you get the answer Cuz and I will let you know if we plan to attend!

Curtis, I was just making sure you were still looking at the site since you aint fishing! Maybe when I retire I can spend a little more time at Talquin.

Staying busy......Golf, Pouring Leadheads, Gardening, Honey Do's.......in that order.

I need to do a little inventory on my jig heads and see what I need.

Crappiedaze, if my memory serves me correctly, I brought you in my truck for the shindig. Don't count if you're down there freelancing months before that.....Lets get Curtis to set up a golf tournament while we down there. May be the only way we can beat him!!!

We can always play golf but would be hard to pick up the clubs when the November Slabs are in the open water but........Game On.
