Calm After The Storm
Left home before the storm got here and went to Oxford, upon return we found that it had been tuff on our hillside taking part of the roof on the backside of the house and turning over a bunch of stuff around the house. Got the insurance stuff in the works and went out just before sun down to this, Good Lord is truly an artist and we are reminded most afternoons as we watch the sunset from the back patio.

Did you have metal or shingles John, didn't realize it got that bad up that way, my daughter got caught in it coming from Starkville this afternoon and she had to pull over on the side of the road, couldn't even see the road!

Shingles, will go back with metal tho.

We're fine, weren't home and the pooches were all good when we got back. Thanks

Sorry to hear that John. That weather AP tell you to get Outa Dodge?

Actually we had both got a severe thunderstorm warning on our phones, had to go to Oxford to the doc's office and the wind had started to blow as we were headed out of town. Instant Radar App let us watch it come across as it was happening and we were headed North out of it. Radar was showing pinks and purples in what came across us as it tracked from I55 across to us and on toward Amory. Knew it was ruff and was glad we weren't there to witness it.
