They're public waters.
Yes:fish .
Bet they will be collecting ramp fees and swim beach fees you can bet on it, wouldn't bet against it.
Good question, you never know when dealing with the COE, OR ANY GUBERMENT AGENCY.
i am a lifer on the lic, kinda want to take a g'daughter from arlington....
Won't catch me on public lakes during the holidays,,, last time I did that someone almost sunk my brothers boat by launching a skier of the shoreline while we were in a right hand bank turn... Hit us directly in the side of his boat and everything went flying,,, The other boat flipped over and all you saw were Beer cans floating anda couple of drunk tourists swimming amoungst the cans,,,Excess of boats and weekend warriors only make for Bad Mojo...
yeah i thought about that. if we go gonna be there before daylight and just fish a couple of hours.
Doesn't surprise me a bit. I learned a long time ago that the best place to drink is at home or when you are somewhere that you know you will not be driving. If I have a beer or two or even more over at the stepsons my wife drives when we leave to come home. I tell people that any holiday/weekend you can walk away from was a good one because it means some drunk didn't run over you.
