B and B bait boxes. Hold 96 per side for a total of 192. You can buy a single sided one also. I sell these if ya need some. Same price as online.
PROS--
They aren't plastic (the compartments are plexiglass), built in USA, heavy duty, and will last. You can put 2 Flicker Shad type baits in one compartment. Up to the #7. Just a note, I have 3 doubles and two singles stuffed full, and I move them from my boat to the Toon all the time. They also have slide in pockets on both sides that hold swivels, depth charts and anything thin.
CONS---
A bit pricey (125.00 for the double sided ones that hold 192 Bandit 300's). Several models out there that aren't built as heavy duty but are cheaper. These are a bit bulky and heavy, but transport easy, and keep your baits in great shape. Read below, those I hear work well also.
Special Mate 5225, has spots for 225 baits but with Bandits it will only hold 180. Smaller and more compact, fit in a storage compartment of my ole rig. Not knocking the others but it takes on heck of a storage to be able to stow it away, most don't, they put it in the truck when they get back to the ramp. Both work well, to each their own, think these run around 100 bucks shipped.

I use Plano 3700s this way you can keep them sorted by type.
I have the smaller version of the special mate that Rees has. It holds 125 is low narrow and long. Holds 300's well but not so good for anything longer.
Do y'all use anything longer than the 300's very often? I was thinking mostly 200's.
Mostly 300s, some 200s more and more and the Arkies are smaller. Don't think I have anything any longer than the 300s.
The box Cray has has deviders between each bait, mine doesn't.
I got the same one as RG and love it.
Here's one on Ebay for 70 bucks shipped.

I just recently got the special mate 5228 it has the dividers. Got it from coldwater tackle http://www.coldwatertackle.com/trini...te-tackle-box/ for $49 plus $18 shipping Attachment 166892 and yeah I need to buy more crankbaits to fill it up
DANG I USE A WAL-MART BAG FOR MY SIX . :biggrinNEXT TIME I GO GONNA TRY TO PUSH SOME . I'D SHOW PICTURES BUT MIGHT GIVE OUT MY SECRETS .
6 aint so bad in the Wally World bag but when you get up around a 100 or so that bag is a pain in the rear!!!!:banghead
I use a cardboard box. Nothing like the fun of untangling 200 cranks before you can start fishin'.
Seriously, I use the flat Plano stackable boxes and stick them anywhere they will fit in my boat.
don't leave the clear plano boxes in direct summer sun or you will ruin some crankbaits.
I like my B and B Bait Box... Wish i wouldve got the double side though

Anybody tried the 1604 model in the B&Bs?? Looks like it would work great for 200s and Arkies?
I like my B and B box. Actually that's mine that BRM pictured in his post. It's better than having several boxes to keep up with. For the Arkies, I got a plastic storage box at Wal Mart made for crafts like jewelry making.
B and B makes a box that will handle up to a 6" bait on one side and the 4" size on the other. They also make a double sided. 6" box for longer style baits. They still hold 96 baits per side. I have one full for my longer walleye baits. I've caught lots of crappie on the 31/2" banana baits and the like. It's amazing the size bait they will hit. I've caught em on 43/4" Storm Thundersticks.
Bill, can you get that 1604 model??
Text me a price please sir.
where can I look at the different Band B boxes at please
At my shop or google it. They have a website, and I can get them to drop ship to you if you call me. Your cost will be the same.
thank you Big River
I think the 1604 would be great, If I get one I will order it from you bill. Can you find out the size of it as on the website it show all the boxes the same size.
Best advice I can give you is- Don't even get started
I really like mine Smooth, just don't leave it unlatched and sitting on the front deck running 55 or so across the lake, the results were not good at all!!!!!!:banghead
They both look good, I just can decide which would be best, but im sure either one would work fine
