Yes, yes, no but helps some times to be able to move it around.
I have one and I mount it in my yeti umbrella holder. My yeti cooler fits perfect between my console and front deck on my war eagle.
I use one...and i bought a extra pedestal and drilled it out just a lil so it would fit... Doesnt take much and works great
Please post a picture of one and how much it cost, thanks
Think I paid 60 for mine plus 20 in shipping..
Sometimes you can find them at Sam's or Lowes or Home Depot. Carol bought one last year from Sam's I think for about $50 or maybe less. It may be harder to find a bargain at the start of Sun Season.
They work great I have a holder from Cumberland! ! Fits in rod box.!!! was on sale at home depot for 29.00 couple wk.ago.
Only problem I find is the wind using mine!:yikes
I just got one last week, but haven't got a chance to use it on the water yet. I'm curious as to how it will handle the wind. They fit perfect in a 3/4 seat pedestal. They have the xl s at dicks but not the standard size. I got mine off their site for Father's Day.
I made mine out of PVC for cheap, my son-in-law is a plumber and gave me the parts. It fits over the seat post. 6 1/2' patio brella was $20.
Send your cell phone number in a PM and I'll send pictures
The sun has been brutal got to get one!
found em a Dicks today so bought one of the XL models a 9 ftr and it fits with a little bit of effort into the center pedestal , should work just fine, bring on that sunshine and 110 degrees , lol!!!!!Attachment 166458Attachment 166459
Dang, did you steal mitch's boat??????? How much was the 9 footer, mine is on its third season and will most likely need replacing before long and am either gonna get a 9 or a bimini?
You gonna enjoy that shade, makes staying on the water a lot easier.
$69.99
LOL, he sure put it thru the paces down here at Nader, bet his has a few bruises yours don't!!!:Rofl
Thats what i did with mine Greg.....You gonna kick yourself for not getting it sooner!!
Works in the rain also. Home Depot usually puts them on sail after the 4th
R Nice
Dad-gum
Now that's fishin in style
E-Z has a good one. Fits on top or bottom of the pedestal and is adjustable. I even use a golf umbrella in mine in the adapter that is included. Also the double pole has a place for one.
A must have. Used one for the first time Monday worked great!!!
Are you going to get Mary Poppins stenciled on the boat now??
Wind will buckle that thing like a pretzel be selective when you use it.
The ole Sportbrella saved my behind this morning. It came a monsoon on me and it worked great! Dry as could be. Pretty happy so far with it. It did transform my boat into a redneck sailboat at one time though until I got the wind flaps open :).
Pull the piece with the point all the way out.....turn it over and use the other end.....it will fit in 3/4 post hole then.....might have to sand the paint off
Mine works fine with the pointed end in my 3/4" pedestal. I wish I could find a swivel bracket of some sort to mount on the upper pole to cock it back tho. Hard to lift a long pole while under them.
My umbrella pole fits to loose when I turned it over. Wobbles around in the pedestal. I usually don't have to tie mine down with the pointed end in the pedestal unless it's REALLY blowing hard. Mine is actually hard to get back outta the pedestal with the pointed end stuck in it.
