How long and what temp?I have a Big Green Egg that should be able to turn out some good fish.
375 for 15 or 20 minutes, take your water pan out of the smoker or they will never get dry. Cook em till they are dry and flakey on top. Tonys seasoning is hard to beat.
When I got home last night the wife had a bag of filets it the fridge thawing. I guess that's a hint
