No great reports flowing in, but I'm going to give it a shot in the morning. The Pelba chart looks like a crest starting. Might be wishful thinking.

Well I only got one. It was 8' down in 14 FOW. Tightline in the clear water. Looks like the water is making a crest. Clear water is starting to emerge from territory West of McGee's.
When I met PS he only had one, but maybe he found them after that.
Wife and I caught 13, 7 were nice, 6 were on the small side
Nice job Pat! Looks like you have a nice cleaning station there.
Thanks Mermentau, We called it quits at 11:30, it was starting to sprinkle, we needed to get back to clean fish to take care of other things this afternoon.
Thanks, SlabJiggin - It is a stainless 2'x4' table top and I have a stainless sink next to it. Comes in real handy not only for cleaning fish, but for cleaning deer and hogs during hunting season.
Up at 4 AM...ice....Mary Lee donuts....Spillway sportsman for shiners.....got to Henderson around 6....started in North Pelba.....water in some areas black.....others, it looked good....caught one bream, one bass, two sacs....kept one sac about 11".....he was in close to bank fishing about 2 ft deep....ran across "Slabstacker19" in Pelba and had a good talk.....he caught one while we were talking.....went south and found "Mermentau" in his Yak....had a nice visit with him as usual.....then headed way West along Interstate almost to the end and fished South around a dogleg canal.....pretty water there but not a bite......called it quits at 10:30....got to hot for me......
PatB....I looked for you....stopped and talked to two "man/wife" couples but of course was not you....love your cleaning station.....you definitely beat every one I talked to today.....congrats .....
Fog rolled in on me about 15 minutes after I started fishing.....pretty......also, don't think anyone ever saw me fishing with 3 poles with my "Driftmaster" set up....got the 3 small ones there....
These pics just for you Vet....

think you were pulling around a boat towards the ramp this morning when I was walking from my truck to my boat.
Thanks!
Pat were your fish shallow or deep.
about 2 feet under a cork, had to cover a lot of area and had to pop it quite a bit to get a hit.
Using pink head jig weight with black and chart and also orange head jig weight with pumpkin seed
Very nice pictures PS, I didn't know you did the trolling thing for sacs. Did you catch any that way? I haven't seen many people doing that in Henderson, maybe 1 or 2. Pat B, very nice set up, and thanks for the report. Me and my 4 yr old will be there on Saturday for the tournament at Cypress Cove. I don't know if he will make it until noon though, but we will give it a shot.
I do not normally do that....only a few times.....when you get desperate, you try everything....I was fishing shiners at the pipeline crossing at depths of 2 ft, 5 ft and 8 ft......hardly any wind so I just sat in one spot....water was black there.....caught a bream, bass and sac there....all small throw backs.....lost something about 6 ft from the boat.....
Good luck Saturday....
I think that sometimes when they don't bite it's because there is so darn much food and their stomach is stuffed. The one I caught was like that and there were bait fish everywhere on the humminbird where I caught it.
