Caught a few

this PM. :biggrin

The river is still a little muddy. Lots of small fish. 5 to 1 ratio. Kept about 2 dozen. Swam the 3tail for a few. Rest caught tight line black n chartreuse tube..

I've been seeing references over time to "swimming the 3tail". Could you give a Crappie for Dummies explanation of what that means? I know what it seem to me, but I don't want to miss something.

I use a black n chartreuse triple tail on a 1/16 minnow jig head. Cast it with a spin cast. I use 8 lbs test mono line.

I like to cast it into and around lay downs. I will also swim it in and around grass beds.

Probably my favorite way to catch sacs.:biggrin
