Wow, some nice ties there!!!
I love me a RR style jig on windy days. Just straight retrieve and let the ripple/waves add the motion. Sort of like spinnerbaits and bass, the windy days mean BLADES!!!

Pounded them yesterday on a belly! One suggestion is try "jump rings". Just picked up a pack from JoAnn fabric (under $4 for over 100). Recently suggested to me and does make connecting the blades easier. Just a suggestion that I would pass along. Real sweet looking assortment. That Chart/pink combo has been a great color for me this year.
