Itsy Bitsy Crappie..........

taste JUST like crappie.

Not two limits, but not too far off. Better than I've done lately! Two decent ones my fishing buddy caught.

Nimrod, Sunlight Bay, minners, corks, 4-6 feet deep in about 7-9 feet of water. Beautiful day for a change........just awesome. Fish were nowhere on any of our established holes. Had to find 'em. I would not say they've 'turned on' at all, pretty hard to catch. Much patience required. Course, patience and a cork = stress relief to me, so.....a pretty happy day.

They DID, Harold!! I appreciate it. I was gonna call you but this guy has been begging me. It's what I get for buying a big boat I guess. We MAY come camp over there somewhere mid May. Or not. This retired thing has got me not really worrying about big plans! I got that from you too! :) And I like it!

Looks like some good eaters to me.

I'd take those everytime. Better than many of my trips. Crappie camp makes us all better fishermen. WTG Bill
