I hope this does something to help the water level in Clinton Lake!!
I was talking with a friend of mine in Alabama and he was complaining about the rain down there, I asked him to send some of it our way :). Maybe he did?

Yeah the lake is in bad shape. Hope it doesn't mess up the crappie spawn too bad, but we do need the rain for sure.
Good rain not enough to run water into Melvern but heck take what we can get
West of Leavenworth, as of now 1.2 inches, 1:51 P.M.
Yup. We have had a lot of rain in KC. They have also had a good bit in Lawrence.
Pete
just over quarter inch in Lebo.
3/4 inch tonganoxie
1 1/2 inch North East Kan. Jim C.
Don't know how much we got, but I had to use 4x4 to get to one of our mushroom spots. Woke up to go turkey hunting, heard thunder, and went back to bed.
2 inches in Olathe
3/4 in Topeka an I've been working just south and west of Topeka lately an that area has got more than we did which is great because it feeds the Wakie!
1.8 in springhill
3 1/2 as of this morn. all toll
Good rain all around, it was needed.
Hopefully, it will bring the water levels up at the local lakes. We are getting more in KC today.

Yep there's another 2 inches in the rain guage, that makes 4 inches this week in Olathe....hope some of it is going into our lakes.
as dry as it was here all the good rain no run off that I saw??
Another 1/2 inch today
Not much here in Lebo even though it rained all day. Nice rain but no run off. Melvern down over 3 ft
Fortunately none if you live out west. Webster down 23.5 ft. and Cedar Bluff down 26 ft.
I guess not to bad here. Compared with that.
It would be nice if the rain put the lakes in the positive. That would get the crappie in the new shoals.
