Caught 4 along the bank at perry water was 55F.
We fished Yesterday at Pamona..Looks Like the crappie are Just Startng to spawn at Pamona..
Some Fish are in close to the bank..some we caught were already BLACK.
I did not see any of the the tails being tore up.
Fished in 1-2' FOW. Bright colored jib under a float worked best.
We fished from the bank.
I don't know if this rain is going to help or hurt the fishing.

Got 20 keepers today @ Perry. Only took 8 hours to do it.

Anybody been going since we had this front come through just curious if some of you are still finding fish shallow or if they have moved off a little.
I'm going to try to go Sunday to Clinton or Perry. I've got a 24' pontoon and will have room if someone is interested.
Springhill Duckman and I snuck out to Clinton yesterday (Tuesday) evening and found them suspended about 10-12 feet down just off the spawning banks. Right at dusk we found some up shallow in 3-5 fow as well. Ended up with 20 keepers between the two of us, plus 3 bonus wipers. Those are a blast on a 10' crappie rod!!!Quote:
