Is there a reason you ate the corn first?

the corn on the cob looks like just a slice instead of the whole thing.....whats with that ?

That looks fine! What part of SC are you at? I kinda like going to those high $ joints every once in a while, we go and get ideas to bring home and try to cook ourselves.

Here at Honeywell in Greer SC
If it wasnt for work I wouldnt eat at these places but maybe once a year--couldn't afford it on my own thats for sure.

Here is a great example, we found this at a nice little gulf coast bar and grill Attachment 158992Eggs Benedict over crab cakes. Yumm!

Can't rub it in on me ! I had hotdogs ! Had buns instead of loaf bread(for a change ) and a double handful of fries . No telling what was in them dogs ,may have had all types of meat in them .:biggrin

That looks like one of those places where they cook the tomatoes and serve the beans raw. Lol, you need to come to the Veranda in Starkvegas. They've got a crispy fried duck entre' that includes two huge leg quarters. Mighty fine.

I'm pretty sure they are, I'm not up their during the week much but I'm sure someone here knows. I'm also not sure if the lunch menu is the same as the dinner. I do know that the Sunday afternoon menu is the same as the dinner menu. Sunday afternoons are a great time to go, less crowded, full menu, and usually a drink special or two.

Kdavid, the life of the retired folks is excellent, but expense accounts are sweet for some of us working folks aren't they?

It did have a glazed fried duck leg underneath that was very good. All in all I've had better but it was still good. The creme brulee was ok as well. After the last two days I think ill fast tomorrow lol
