Got it back. This guy is good at what he does--despite what we both researched he got it mounted and has the body lines matching perfectly

Cool!!! Pulling machine!!!
Cool, I like the color scheme
:) eventually ill get it painted and the filler panel but thats gonna be awhile--gotta get over this initial stuff lol
Told the guy I could send business his way--he said no lol. Think he spent 40 or 50 hours on fabrication. Every bracket is different. Thats how he got it to fit correctly. I was in shock how he got it to fit.
great job and matched the paint to a tee.
looks good
Well that makes more sense then :)
me, makin sense, your kiddin right??
You got me
What's with the big gap?
Well the truck is a cab chassis and they dont make a truck bed for them (would have to be 9ft bed) this was a custom mount job. they make a bed extender for a f550 (ford oem) which will fit thhe f350 so will get that when I do the paint.
Dang! Looks good! Go fishin!
Leave it like that and we'll know it's you as you drive into the campground.
Haha the guy who did the work has a freind that was saying there was a tuck like that in his neighborhood. The shop guy told him there is only one like it around--seems the freind lives in my neighborhood lol
If the gap don't bother you don't worry about it, I think it looks good and will drive and pull fine. I need to get the dent fixed from where dad backed into me last year, but honestly it doesn't bother me a bit. All in good time, and my pocket book likes dents better than body work. Think you'll enjoy that truck anytime you hook to a trailer
Looks good Mike, I like the two tone myself, I can still make ya some oak running boards if ya want.
Mike, let me know when you get ready for the panel. May be able to help you out a little. Also you going to sell the beast?
That should pull bout anything you want. Love my ford for pulling. Congrats on it coming together.
Tks--yep will pull anything. Will be a while before I pull anything bigger than the ranger but now im ready lol. And I love the gas mileage--its awesome
