Hide everything... I'll be down bright and early in morning
Billy's got his beer goggles on...... Hide all the woman folks.
Can't miss him in that Mercedes
You can have him...we don't want him back! :Rofl
He called earlier and I've got some fish thawed out and grease ready to get hot for him. Cray's setting up next door as we speak. EZ is coming in this afternoon. The wind's about to blow this fifth wheel off of this hill.
I sure hope that wind lays before we head down tomorrow. I had to come to Hernando for work today and it just about blew my tuna can company car off the road!
We are leaving tomorrow morning at 4 should be in right after lunch if this wind keeps up my be there before lunch
Safe travels to all you guys going to camp..... This wind is terrible
Looking at Thursday, it's gonna be worse than today with the wind. 18-20 with 35 MPH gusts. OUCH. Sounds like a TRY and wade, then Whiskey kinda day
you think i guy could slip up to sardis and be ok fishing aroung the marina, other than getting run over from all the boats in there on thursday in the wind. or the lower lake
Supposed to be bad windy Thursday and then rain Friday.....Saturday should be decent though for the cook out
Maybe it'll blow through fast! That forecast has changed umpteen times in the past couple weeks. If we're draggin our boat all the way down there, we gotta get her on the water for sure, so I guess we'll be fishin in the rain on Friday. Heck, the fish don't care!
Gonna try Enid Thursday morning myself.. Lil steeper banks will block wind some..
I talked to a buddy that got blown off of Enid by 9:00 this morning.
Tomorrow don't look too bad, just cold. 27 tonight and upper 50s tomorrow with winds 5 to 10 from SE.
Someone tell the weather man that this is our SPRING Camp!!!
Last years spring camp weather did a number on my equipment. Hope it's not like that this year.
Getting ready to hit the road see ya soon
Cane, that storm at Enid wasn't too good on our tents for sure!I bought me a new Coleman that should fare a little better.Gonna use it next week!I'll be there by 3pm.Cabin CO6B
Good luck to you guys up there at Grenada for your Spring Camp. Looks like today might be a decent day other than the cool weather, tomorrow the wind returns with a vengeance, then rain Friday. We may have big crappies down here, but our weather this time of the year is unpredictable.
