They look mighty good Scott, ahhhhhhhh have ya got any blue bell in that camper??? lol
Those look good. Sure hope you put the fixins for some next week in the trailer. Me and E-Z may need a sweet's fix.
Those look good Scott.Did you use flaky biscuit dough and corn starch in the filling?Have a safe trip to Nada. See you in a few days!
Sure look tasty
Scotts pic made us want some so Carol tried out a Mr Food recipe with puff pastry, pretty good. Carol did tweek the apples a little, she cooks down apples with spices. Usually we get the cheapest canned biscuits I can find and I roll them out as thin as I can and fry in butter, these are baked which is a lot less work along with the puff pastry.

looks great
Those fried pies look excellent fellas. I did the same thing years ago with home grown berries and added sweetened cream cheese to the filling. May have to make a batch soon after reading this post. Thanks.
Also when you are heating your pie filling, add corn starch and water and it will make the filling thicker!Just something I read.Who's gonna bring a couple hundred of these to camp????:yikes
