Man over board
Last Friday winds up to 20 mph. We got blown off Sardis, so we went to Enid because we heard we could get out of the wind. Bouncing around and getting no bites- big fun. Suddenly I am in the lake. My buddy's Add-a-seat (now defunct) failed again and I am in four feet of cold water, totally soaked because I went in backward. Luckily I did have on a life jacket and that popped me up with my head on top. And more luck my warmest coat was in the rod box. But I was finished for the day. Saturday we did good on Sardis and on sunday we did very good, 29 fish (we miscounted) and most of those were very nice- a lot of 14 and 15 inch fish. The kind where your heart starts pounding when you pull them to the top. My question- who makes a good double seat rig? Half the Add-a-seat is on the bottom of Enid. My buddy wants to up grade.

Glad to here you are ok. We had a scare last week when we hit a paddle boat in lake run. It will really make you think about safety .

Depending on the boat but I had mine fixed for two individual seats side by side. They drilled it out where you could mount a regular bass boat seat in seconds or leave them off for when you were bass fishing. The hole for the pedestal seat gave me 3 options. Though normally used for bass fishing, I use it the most when I'm fishing by myself and tightlining for crappie. Very secure but a tad crowded in front for two big guys.
