Prayers please!
I know I don't frequent this page very much, but lately I have noticed the amount of God fearing people here and a time has come for me to ask for a few prayer warriors? My grandson, whom was born 5 weeks ago , has contracted meningitis and is struggling for his very life. So far after 1 week after being helicoptered in to little rock children's from Rogers arkansas the day after the dreaded ice storm, he has had 2 strokes and dozens of seizures. the Doctors are very doubtful he will come out of all this without severe brain damage to both sides of his brain,,,, so here's what I'd like to ask,,, please pray that my grandson Chase Daniel will get through all this with minimal as possible damage to his brain and God will be glorified through the his healing touch. I will also ask that you would please pray for my son Kevin and his wife Shannon that god will give them the strength simply to get through all this emotional trauma as well to get them through the several more weeks they will be there until our grandson will be released and all is stable....again! thank you all for being the folks you are in Christ,,,, your crappie brother! Prayer sent. Keep your faith. My son had meningitis at 9 months. He suffered from the same things as your grand son has so far....long story short....I dropped him off at work today. He holds down a job, is married and a pretty good life. I will pray that your grandson is as blessed as my son...and when he is 25 years old.....and fishing with you that you can explain to him how lucky he was that God blessed him, you and his parents with his healing love. Please keep us informed of his improvement..

Prayers sent!! When our daughter was born the doc's said she would never walk!!!(her pelvic bone was cracked and not normal) With the Help of Prayers(many) and Children's Hospital see walks today!!!!

Thanks ya'll for the prayers and support,,,, I will keep you informed as the days go by,,,, so far,, still in the PICU at Little rock children's and doing as expected, they are attempting to start weening off some of his seizure meds and hopefully hE will stop the seizures all together soon,,,, he has had strokes on both sides of his brain and any God knows the extent of the damages. so time will only tell at this point and our faith is in Him , and not in the wisdom of men,,,,so thanks you so much for all of your prayers,,,, chase thanks you as well and hopefully one day he'll be with his gramps out of the lake to thank you himself,,,, God Bless!
