I have to send a shout out to countrytime today, he put me on my biggest Crappie to date. 2lb 3oz!! It's official I'm a crappie addict!!! Thank you country time , Can't wait to get back out on the water. Quick, it was nice to finally meet you, your enthusiasm and love for the sport is obvious, I can only hope to be there one day.
How were you fishing
Countrytime Countrytime is bears repeating J. C. Green has done lots for fellow Crappie Fishermen over the past few years and been an inspiration to so many more, Chad I can't thank him enough:ThumbsUp:ThumbsUp:ThumbsUp. Now that I have dried my eyes...MAN I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ANY AMOUNT TO HAVE SEEN THE PANDEMONIUM THAT HE SAID TOOK PLACE WHEN YOU HUNG INTO THAT FAT MOMMA...WTG:crazy::crazy::crazy::crazy::woohoo:woo hoo:woohoo:notworthy:notworthy:notworthy
nice fish Chad, try not to spend to much money chasing these things :biggrin
Bigfish I hope my wife dont get the calculator and start adding up the cost of my fishing. 100.00 on jigs and tubes at the sports show in Perry 117.00 boat prop 70.00 starter gas oil food better quit while I am ahead :Rofl:yikes
Fellas thanks for the kind words, I am with Bigfishheads on another thread when he commented about Oconee cranking out the 2lb plus fish this year. It has been phenomenal! Hopefully many more for us all the next few weeks. Keep the pics coming. Tightlines!
Thanks Bigfish, but it's way to late for that, I've been dreaming of a Ranger so I can catch fish like Earl. But until then I'll just have to make do with the Ol' Panfish or hopefully bum a ride with countrytime or Spider-Man!
Why do the fins of these two fish appear to be shaped so differently...one on left Crescent one on right Oconee:dono

Them Florida fish have a little sail fish in there bloodline!
Attachment 153927I am glad to see that Mike. Here is a striper that I caught at Talquin with Earl last year. I actually caught several in spite of Earls displeasure. (Stripers seem to follow me wherever I go) Every one of them had a weird dorsal. I have never seen anything like that. This is the first one and I thought he was just missing some chromosomes, but all of the others were the same way! Freeekeee, Also Chad just remember this one thing....If you buy it, they will come....:biggrin
