2014 Oklahoma Spring Crappie Camp / June 6-7 / Official Attendance Sign-up List

June 6th - 7th are the dates for the 2014 Oklahoma Spring Crappie Camp at Lake Eufaula, Arrowhead State Park at the Turkey Flat Campground and it's right around the corner! Please take time to sign up so that we can determine the amount of food and supplies needed for the Friday Cookout and the Saturday Fish Fry. Check the Schedule of Events for more specific details. Also, please sign up on the "Tasking & Supply" list. The Camp is intended to be a group effort with everyone pulling together and doing their part. We know that everyone will not be camping out, however, we do need to know who will be attending the events. Add your name and number of guests to the list and the days you will attend or send a reply and we will add your information. Tasking & Supply Sign Up List
The Oklahoma Spring Crappie Camp is scheduled for June 6-7 on Lake Eufaula at Arrowhead State Park at the Turkey Flat Campground. Attendance is open to all CDC members, their guests and other Crappie fishing enthusiasts. This is a family oriented event. If you are planning to attend and willing to pitch in and bring something, please SIGN UP below for the tasks and/or items listed below that you can bring. If you are unable to bring something a small donation of $5.00 ( or more) would be greatly appreciated to help pay for expenses and the cost of the food. Please remember this is not a sponsored event.... we need everyone to volunteer to bring food and supplies or donate money to pay for them. Thanks in advance for your support!... Okay, I can supply the following: Baked beans, pot. salad, corn meal oil, hot sauce, 1 table, ice and ice chests (4), napkins, paper plates, plastic hardware, and a deep fryer. If we have short comings let me know. Possibly fish. Too early to tell.....I can also fry fish on Sat.

Are the campsites close enough to watch our beached boats?

I also may have a couple of girls and my wife. I invited my 17 yr old granddaughter and a girl friend but it's way too soon for the girls to firm up anything. They both work when school is out.

My wife may join me but is undecided at this time.

Put me the wife and maybe 4 kids

I am in, possibly my wife and three younglings, depending on the weather.

Please add myself and my wife to the fish fry on Saturday.

I can bring cookies and tartar sauce for Sat fish fry. I have a couple 6' tables but we wont be down early enough on Friday. I can bring them on Sat if needed. We can also bring more ice on Sat if needed.
