Looking at Dign's post made me think I had a similar picture from the snow a few weeks ago.
My son gave us this one for Christmas. It has a rotating pole which prevents the flag from wrapping around it when the wind gets up. Works pretty good too.

Thanks Ronnie...I hadn't seen that. That is so moving and so powerful....and a great reminder of just how much we can take for granted, if we aren't careful. Just like the man said, "we are blessed"....
