Man that look GOOD, you stayed up and pulled and all night cook and it shows! Hate I missed seeing you on my trip up, but I certainly enjoyed visiting with your family,Super Nice Folks! Best of luck tomorrow and I bet those plates will be sold out in no time.

Mama use to cook ox tail soup; sure was good.

Yes sir Dusty Gates is a good man. He's been the sheriff since the sheriff passed away. Honestly, Sheriff Buckley was so sick that Dusty had a ton of the responsiblity for a while. I've been knowing Dusty and Camile for a long while. Good people.
I know that wore you out. The most Brisket I have cooked was 581 pounds. I cooked 200 chicken halves last Saturday.
