Hobo!!. Please post any more of those pics that you have. That is the coolest thing I have seen in a long time!!
they are not mine a old friend fished for bass in the 60-70 he would only let me put that one on there, he got about two hundred pictures I;ve try to buy and ------- and talk my way in to them pictures he said they would be all over the bass world. They are cool some of the tree are still there I try to put it in my head and try too find them on the water look at picture go to the lake land marks are not there house after house. sorry bigfish.
I understand. I would like to see how it looked during construction. I fish at Wheeler and Wilson Dam a lot and there are lots of pics on the web of their construction, but hardly any of Oconee. I think a lot of those "bass holes" have probably silted in over the years and most of the timber is gone anyhow. When my kids were little, we took them to the dam and did the tour. It was really cool. It was just really amazing to see something like that. I was not aware those pics existed. Thanks Hobo
Do you fish for smallmouth at Wheeler and Wilson? We used to fish the tail races a lot, but we haven't been in several years. That's a great trip.
