Missing spring camp

Well my company has pushed our Turnaound ( plant shutdown) til April 5th start date. Will be working 30-45 straight days (12 hours days) until we start the plant back up.

I am really bumbed. I sure enjoyed last year and was looking forward to it.

I will see yall next year at camp and hope to see some before then and do some fishing.

I will still participate and will sign up on the supply list and send them via Billy E.

I really appreciate and respect the members of this site and Crappie.com. I have made life long friends from participating here. Yall have fun, stay safe, and will see yall next year.

Them horseshoe crappie are breathing a sigh of relief. Were going to miss ya.

Hate to hear that, looking forward to see'n everyone at camp again. Hollar if ya get up this way later this summer. We catch fish all summer and could have a mini camp. :biggrin

If you can't make it to camp then you can't fish Horseshoe until July!! :biggrin

You must have let it be known to the powers that be that you had planned to go to crappie camp, so they changed the shutdown dates to keep you from going! Work will kill your fishing, but no work will cause you to have to give it up! I know you are not looking forward to those long hours, but you will surely make some good paydays! Still sucks though!
