Cool, congrats Whitey!!
Crappie24 and his son finished 5th with 15.53!!!!!
Congrats guys!!!!
How'd everyone else do? Anyone get a pic of the results sheet?
Heard it was tough and all the boat traffic skeered the bajeepers out of the fish. Congrats to the winners!
Me and Russell Dowell got 11th with 14.45
Good finish Blacklandlure.
We got 55 I think 9.4 lbs. our big fish moved and we just could not get a big bite. Had 16lbs the day before. That's fishing. Still looking for my first 3lber lol.
Yea, I was starting to wonder if there wasn't a major bass tournament going on the same day.....the water really got churned today! Those big mammas were quite spooked, LOL! David and I wound up in 17th place with 13.72 lbs. David had a good one to the top of the water that would have put us closer to the top but it just wasn't happening....I had to hold on to David to keep him from leaving the boat when it got off! He prefished the day before and was just goofing off and catching some monsters but couldn't get 'em in the boat today.
We had 9.4 our fish moved you all have a awesome fishery I can't wait till Sept done reserved a room at Roy's
Luvpt.. Congrats. Y'all just needed them 2 from the previous weekend again!! Those big fish are hard to get in the net when they're shallow and next to impossible if you're by yourself.
I'm gonna be up there Saturday and Sunday with my wife. I just might see y'all on the water!!
Wtg guys
C.com guys doing good
Congrats to all. Chuter and I were #50 with 9.8. Biggest fish was 2.33. Caught some just couldn't corner the bigens.
Congrats to all that fished and a special congrats to the winners..
What was big fish?
Brandon fulgham(hope I spelled that right) with a 2.99 got big fish.
Congrats Brandon
I left early with my tail tucked. Caught lots of dinks, just couldn't get the big fish to bite. Only had 2 decent fish, so we went to the house about 2!!!!! :)
Congrats to all the winners!!!
Had to get some Tylenol out of the truck. Head was pounding. We had our fish by 930. I thought we were going to get 16 plus pounds then. But we never culled any of those 7 the rest of the day. Threw back a lot of small fish and brought home 15 males. I'm kinda glad we are done with oxbows for a while. Those fish are tricky
From what I've heard, I really believe the large amount of boat traffic concentrated in such a small, shallow water area definitely spooked a lot of the larger fish.
We were way down at 63th with 8.31 lbs. caught a lot of fish but no big one. had 1 at 2.04 but the rest were small. Great tournament.
Torch and I came in with 11.8. Think we were 31st, or 32nd
Want to give a BIG Thanks to CrappieLogic Donald for Tying a great Gnat!!! Orange/Chartruese was good for us. We had a awesome bite with them. We tried to stay away from the
other boats. We had 15.56 lbs. For 5th and the area we fished we marked them thursday and friday with the DI and was there Saturday too! Thanks Donald....
Well I got my butt whooped, bass guys running all over the place I couldn't hang out there with my aluminum boat, was fishing close enough to whitey and mike to shoot the bull a few times, we just couldn't keep from bouncing around and I got disgusted about 10 am and went in the woods and caught our only two big fish in 3 ft of water, thought we were on em but only caught 1 lb males after that. Filled the live wells though and had a blast fishing new water, met a lot of crappie.com guys and everyone was very friendly, it's sleeting now here in MO and I can't wait to get back!!i was fishing beside Brandon on Thursday when he caught a 3.32, biggest fish I've ever held alive!
also congrats to Vic Finkley on his 10th place finish show was an exciting day for me and I wasn't even there and congrats to all who fished I would have loved to fish that one
We finished 8th with 14.90
