Ozark rods

Just wanted to put a good word out on a recent transaction I had with il Don. I been buying a bunch of rods for a while now for myself and friends. I had a 14 ft trolling rod snap in the middle. I called ok Don and asked if I could buy a replacement. He asked me what happened and I explained I set the hook on a 2lb fish and it broke. He said "just bring me the pole and we will fix it one way or the other". Now that's customer service right there. So any y'all looking for a rod give him a call and he will take care of you!! I understand stuff happens and was willing to pay for a new tip though.

You can't beat ol don,i buy all my rods from him and if i need something hes right on top of it, im about to have to designate a room just for ozark rods if i dont stop.3 more spider rig rods and im done ,till next year..

I own several B-n-M Bucks jog poles and had to replace several tip sectionns as well as tip ends. Now I use Ozarks and have yet to have either problem.:twocents

I've heard they make awesome rods as we'll. that's the kind of service that sells the product

Don will get my business every time I need a new crappie rod Yes they do sell themselves but that 5 star customer rating gets lifelong customers ... Thanks for the post JW my dad had me speak up for another one just hadn't made it to greenbrier to get it yet ... But that'll change here soon

Don has been a great guy for me on all my poles

I've gotten about six Ozarks from Don over the past year and he is great to work with. Even us Okies know about Ozark rods. See everyone at the April Camp!

Don took care of me on mine too. I will definitely be getting another couple from Don.

I handled some of the ozark rods at bates last fall and thought they were too whippy compared to my bgjp rods. But i admit i find myself orderin tips too often and its not gettin any better.

Like my ozark rods.
