One mistake.
All that ammo should be in the Mags already.
I guess that answers the question: if your house catches on fire and you could only save one thing what would it be.........

You forgot to mention duck taping 2 mags butt ends overlapping. That way you can spray 60 round in under 15 seconds...convienent for the next time you`re facing a Banzai charge...
The main purpose of both is to supply ammo to the weapon regardless of how it gets to the chamber would you not agree?

Actually duct taping 2 magazines butt to butt is very common in many conflicts. If I were trying to get this shut down, would have posted that you need to just "step up" , quit being `cheap` and buy a BELT FED crew served weapon, but only so long as you intended to use it solely for `home defense`...the M2 Browning .50 is a favorite for this purpose. Just remember to buy the HD oven mitt to be able to do the `John Wayne` firing it from the hip move while holding it by the barrel move, ok ? Can tell you from personal experience that barrel WILL get HOT !

No, they do not serve the same purpose. One is to load the magazine, the magazine is to load the weapon. You cannot use the clip to load the weapon. The only thing they have in common is they both hold rounds.Quote:
