I don't use the 3rd support.

what kind of distance do most of you have between the racks,,,,I'll have a lot rod hanging over the back support, I would think that wind and bounce would wrap the rods around each other.Quote:

I bought the Cumberland crappie 8 rod holder and haven't mounted it yet cause its in the way everywhere. Wanting yo make a bracket off to the side of my boat to keep the rods over the edge of the boat. Anyone got any tips on this???
