Made these with "The Bone" in mind

I use a good but of blue n chartreuse. This time I decided to spice them up a bit. Its time consuming to make these but its worth it to have a bag or two in the boat! THe process goes like this: Hand pour white belly, hand pour chartreuse, close the mold and inject the blue. Then after the baits cure a bit, slap some eyes on and dip the bait in clear plastic. Man, RonDon, those sure are purty. Sounds like they would be time consuming. I don't care if they are for sale or not as long as you slip me a bag in the mail to Lavelle Spillers, 173 Mulberry Rd, Homer, LA 71040. LOL. I might need a bag of them in my boat too. LOL. You just never know when those may be the only thing the crappie will hit. Any way they look like true craftsmanship.

That's a good looking jig. I like a blue/ chart and the eyes just make those babies pop.

Ha yall are right... They arent for sale! These have UV glow in them. The last pic shows it off with a black light. Ive gotten to where i put it in all my colors. Thanks for the kind words!

Stick those on a "pank" jig with a #2 red sickle hook and you have a killer combination.

I tried to find a listing in the phone book for La Baits with no luck. Even though I really like Bobby Garland stuff, I would rather buy my jigs made by someone local like you. the jigs look like they are under Black light , however night fishing uses light of this type. the extra cost would more than be worth the costs for the results

Fish on Line, I actually stopped selling baits a few months ago when we had another kid. I had gotten too busy with the baits and was spending too much time away from the family. I never posted any baits on the LA thread when I was selling because I didn't want ppl to think I was trying to advertise. Ha I bet only about 10% of my website sales came from in State. I finished some firetigers today I will try to post later on.

I like those a lot! I would love to have some just to keep and look at them. Joe (RetiredRR) gave me a bag of his contest winning watermelon wine soft plastics at Toledo Bend when we fished together. It says on the bag the contest winner. He's now a Wally Marshall pro staff. Those baits will not go in the water (thanks Joe!). I have a couple of ties from Skip I won't use either - too pretty to look at. Some of you guys know what I mean.

I have to agree with fishervet if it'll catch a fish its gonna get wet. I think most of my jigs, tied by me or purchased plastic stuff are not as good as the other ones the other guys have. They always catch more fish than I do.
