A few years back we were out of town for about 10 days and asked our then new DIL if she would come over and water our plants in our sunroom. She did a great job, including the artifical ficus in the corner, We did not realize it unitl we saw water seeping out of the bottom.
We never told her any different but still get a chuckle every now and then. Your post brought it to mind.
That's a good one; she meant well and you did the right thing. Depending on her sense of humor, she might get a kick out of it, or she might just kick you.

Chief,i went monday and planning going a few times this week,but the lakes you'll fish are just too far for me,would love to fish them but on retirement i try to be very conservity,love to read you'll report ,i report on gaston and buggs,not a luker just never fish down that way sence i retired,thanks.
