Weird find.

While GDG and I were cleaning fish today he found the strangest thing in the stomach of one of them. Attachment 149838its a twisted up bread tie wireAttachment 149839the only thing we can figure, is it slipped off the bread sack and got swallowed while it was flowing in the current. Kinda looks like a minnow.

That musta been one heck of a dough ball!!!!:biggrin

Need to save it and tie it on a hook. Could be the next hot bait.

Loaf of bread dissolved in stomach.

I bet you it was used to tie the top hook of a double minnow rig to the pole for transport.

I don't have a clue, it was twisted up just like the pic shows, a first for me, my late father in law caught one while we were fishing one time with a transmitter attached to its dorsal fin.

That would be tough to pass. I ingested a golf tee one time was sweating bullets but was not bad at all

Me too! I lost my wedding band in Arkabutla less than a month after I put it on. Right out in front of Hernando point somewhere.

I wish someone would catch that fish over on Dardanelle with my phone it it. Dang fish keeps running up my minutes.
