I thought I would start a post listing Heated Docks that we know of.
The heated dock at Oologah, Red Bud Bay, has been gone for years.
I think there is one over on Fort Gibson the State Park.
Anyone else? Does this need to be a wintertime sticky?

There's a heated dock at Carl Blackwell
Arcadia of course.
Hefner, Fountainhead, Belle Star
There are several on Grand and one on Hudson that I know of.
Link to a list of ENCLOSED (doesn't say whether thay are heated) boat docks from the ODWC.

Reaper: I think it would be a valuable sticky.
I fish the Blackwell dock regularly and do well. I also fished he McMurtry dock today, but they had quit biting before we got there, and there were some impressive baskets.
There are also docks on several Southwest OK lakes, including Ellsworth, Fuqua, Humphries, Duncan, Ft. Cobb, and Waurika.
But I give the Blackwell dock my #1 pick.
Fort Gibson has two that I know of. Paradise cove on the east side of the lake in the state park and Seyquah Bay on the west side of the lake. I have not personaly fished either of them.
The heated dock on east side of Fort Gibson has been closed for several years, they converted it to more store space. Been quietly reading all the post for over a year, thought I would jump in.
Paradise is closed? Dang Thanks for chiming in lakebum, now that you joined up, speak up ever now and then.
Hudson Bay, Lake Hudson Indian Hills Marina, Grand Lake Red Arrow, Grand Lake (not heated) Keystone Lake by Mannford (cant remember the name) Fountainhead, Lake Eufaula (Crappie Factory) heard it got damaged though?
The city of Claremore OK has a dock on their city water supply lake
What is the dock like on Lake Ellsworth, and where is it at on the lake
Their used to be one on Tenkiller called Burnt Cabin, but it's been years since I've fished it always caught dinks anyway.
I fish it and catch a lot of good Crappie; Cabin Creek also. Got to downsize and fish one 1/64th ounce jig tied on bottom (I use a palomar knot) with a appropriate for the wind sinker fastened above. Oh yeah, Don't forget to cock that jig.
Keyport is yer dock on keystone
The heated dock at Sequoyah Bay Marina (West Side) on Ft. Gibson is open and has been. It's open 7 days a week from 7 am till 3 pm. Cost $5.00. You can call them at 918 687 4073.
I miss the days of the 24/7 heated docks. Honor system payment. That was nice.
yup Caney Ridge thx dentist keyport it is. Older I get less names I remember.
talk'n bout memory, I like how Denny Crain says it " MADD COW ",, Bitter 1/2 says I'd ferget where I lived if it wuznt fer my B II (she says it knows its way home) I just better be in it...
JAKE
I really wish they would build a decent dock out at lake thunderbird. Especially since there is really not many good places to bank fish except when the fish are up in the shallows. The dock at fishermans point is okay, but way to shallow for most of the year.
Fished claremore lakes heated dock Dec 23 caught 4 10" keepers and countless dinks. quite a few people fishing 4 stringers keeping fish about 65 keepers total.
I fished fountain head heated dock yesterday, bite was real slow and fish were small.
You guys saying "Fountainhead" are talking about the fishing dock north of the old Fountainhead lodge, right? Towards the riding stables on Lake Eufaula?
Yes..in the state park. It's right on top of the old one that burned several years ago.
How much is deep water dock fishing effected by wind direction? Pressure rising, falling or study?
Would also like to know how the same items effect the springtime fishing.
For anybody who might be out west there is a heated dock on Foss, I haven't had any luck there yet, but from talking to people the bite has been fair around dawn using minnows.
I fished the heated dock at Carl Blackwell Monday this week, not much inside, but after I figured e'm out outside it was on. 18' rigged 2 elec. chicken garlands on white 1/32 oz. heads and just barely swim e'm, nothing huge but culled 30 or so down to 14, had 3 @ 12" long... a decent mess and fine eating.
Currently under construction with a planned opening this spring is a beautiful new marina here at Arrowhead State Park. I done a tour of it last week and was very impressed.
Full-service restaurant, nicely decorated as though it were an Outback Steak House or eqivilent. Bar, inside fishing, plenty of room, and boat slips.
The location (darn, I can't remember the name of that camping area) is the first road heading north past the golf course\airport. About a mile back to the camping area and the little road that goes down to the new marina circles to the right of the mobile home.
I'm sure the closer it gets to opening, the more you will hear of this dandy place.
Stinkfinger; You turn north on Echo road.
Who now owns the park Stinky
red arrow on grand by cleora. lots of brush from 8 to 36 foot deep . not heated but lots of places to fish. might be going sunday.
I did a Google search, it pulled up as a state park, I know the old lodge is owned by Narcanon [a rehab clinic] Looks like the state has it.
I think I got too far off subject. We were discussing heated docks, sorry.
Me and mine found one in the 2009 reg's called greenleaf state park. we were there 3 weeks ago stayed in a cabin for the weekend and fished the dock. it's small about 20'x60' but very warm and we brought home a limit of keepers. it was a blast! oh and there was a doe that hung around our cabin.
There use tobe one at Greenleaf St park. Anybody know if its still there?
Unsticking this thread, we'll start a new one or bring this one back next winter. Thanks to everyone who contributed to it!

Thought I would resurrect this thread for reference this year.
