I don't get to fish much anymore so tonight I had to enjoy the fruits of my past labors.

Well, thanks to Gerald I thawed out a pack of fillets and used the baked parmesan recipe off the forum along with some mashed potatoes, asparagus, kale, sweet pickles and a Diet DP. Pretty good on a cold Saturday night.

good looking meal kinda makes me hungry lol

I had just been reading the parmesan crappie recipe before I saw your post. How about a review from someone who just sampled them? They look wonderful!

Everyone that has tried it and posted on here have loved it. It is not fried, but it is close to it.
