How do you make that lattice thing stand up in the water...??
Rickie
5 gallon bucked of concrete with a 2x4 in the middle of it. Wired the bamboo grid to it after I got to the lake. It went down as good as the normal bamboo condo that I dropped close to it. Thought I would see if crappie would get on something different than what I normally drop.
I can see the bamboo bucket off to the side. Nice to have shots of what it looks like then setting on the bottom. thx for the px
what unit are these pics from?
They are from the recording file of a humminbird 798 using a 998 transducer. I have a 998 on the bow, but I just set the 798 at the console to record (I do this on every fishing trip), then review the recording from my recliner at my convenience. The pic is a screen shot from the recording played back in Deepview. If it is a long fishing trip, I will try to stop and start the recording from time to time to keep the file size smaller.
Deepview is a free sonar viewer like Humviewer, but deepview needs a file conversion. I first run the saved .son file throught a converter called son2xtf and it will create a file with a .xtf extension. This file will play in Deepview. I like it much better than Humviewer.

"RCC's Crappie Eradication and Malware Distribution Service" :dono I run MALWAREBYTES at least once a week. You would be suprised how many downloads contain malware. Its a jungle out there in cyberland. Glad you got fixed back ricky and RCC is forgiven... can happen to anyone.
Thanks Bill. Hate to send someone to something that will hose up their PC.
correct... not complaining as much as warning. Malwarebytes worked for me. I still have deepview on puter but don't know if it works... tried to download a .net thing that I needed but ran malware program and uninstalled programs that I didn't want before I got tired of the puter and quit.
